Voordelen van waterwandpaneel
1- de afsluiting van de ovenwand te verzekeren en het luchtlek in de verbrandingskamer te verminderen.
2- een volledige waterkoeling in de verbrandingskamer te realiseren, waardoor kokering bij intensieve verbranding kan worden voorkomen.
3- lage warmteopslagcapaciteit, snelle verwarming en koeling van de verbrandingskamer, waardoor de koelingstijd van de start- en stop van de ketel kan worden verkort.
4Het is geschikt voor het gebruik van een buizenovengebouw, waardoor de lading van het ketelframe aanzienlijk wordt verminderd en de ophanging wordt vergemakkelijkt.
5In vergelijking met de lichte buis is de warmteabsorptievermogen van de buis verbeterd.
6.het verbeteren van de pre-assemblage van de boilercomponenten, het vergemakkelijken en verminderen van de installatiebelasting.
