Inleiding van het product
Waterwandpanelen zijn het belangrijkste verwarmingsoppervlak van ketels, bestaande uit een aantal rijen stalen buizen die rond de hoek van de ketel zijn aangebracht.en de buitenkant neemt de hitte van de vlam in de oven van de ketel opIn de oven absorbeert de werkvloeistof vooral de stralingswarmte van de hoogtemperatuurbrandproducten.
Het belangrijkste type waterwandpaneel dat ons bedrijf produceert is membraanwand.
Membraanwaterwand is een luchtdichte structuur bestaande uit buizen en vinnen. De voordelen zijn minder luchtlekken in de oven; kan gebruik maken van een buizenwand,minder belasting op de staalconstructie en lagere kosten van de ketel; gemakkelijk te gebruiken ophangingsstructuur en verbeteren thermische expansie systeem, geschikt voor grootschalige gemeganiseerde productie, hoge assemblage snelheid,lage warmteopslagcapaciteit en verkorte start- en stoptijdHet nadeel is dat het productieproces complex is. Membraanwaterwand wordt vaak gebruikt in grote capaciteit, hoge temperatuur en hoge druk ketels
