Beschrijving
Een superverwarmer is een onderdeel dat verzadigde stoom in een industriële ketel verwarmt, waardoor deze in oververhitte stoom wordt omgezet.Onze superverwarmer garandeert dat de oververhitte stoomtemperatuur binnen een toegestane waaier zal fluctueren (normaal varieert het van 540°C tot 550°C) wanneer de ketel overbelast is.
Superverwarmers en herverwarmers zijn belangrijke onderdelen van de verwarmingsoppervlakken, die worden gebruikt om de damptemperatuur te verhogen,met als doel de stoomenthalpie te verbeteren en de efficiëntie van de warmtecirculatie van de elektriciteitscentrale verder te verhogen.
Er zijn verschillende soorten superverwarmers met onderstaande voordelen en nadelen:
