Inleiding van het product
De spuitbuis is een belangrijk onderdeel van de ketel, die voornamelijk is gemaakt van naadloze stalen buis door buigen of vouwen.
Een gietijzeren economiser bestaat uit een reeks horizontale gietijzeren buizen die met elkaar zijn verbonden met gietijzeren elleboogjes en geflensde uiteinden.

Er zijn drie fasen van het voedingswater in de ketel dat wordt verwarmd tot oververhitte stoom: voedingswater voorverhitting, verdamping en oververhitting.De drie fasen worden afgewerkt op drie verschillende verwarmingsoppervlakkenHet stoom- en watercircuit van de ketel bestaat uit de drie verschillende verwarmingsoppervlakken en de verbindingsbuizen.en het is juist de apparatuur om het voerwater voorverwarmenHet is dus het verwarmingsoppervlak met de laagste temperatuur voor boilerwerkingsvloeistof in het stoom- en watercircuit van de ketel.De werkvloeistof die door deze apparatuur gaat, is monofasisch water ((niet-kokende spaarmachine).
